why comments and links on specific shap in diagram are not shown?

When we create diagrams, RDNG allows user to create comments and links for particular shape in diagram. but when i see the diagram, there is no icon or marker on that shape which suggests that there are comments or links. i have to open comments and links section in right pane to see. Is it correct behavior of application or some glitch in my browser?

CLM version 6.0.1/6.0.2

Are you switching between folders, collections, or modules between creation and viewing?

after creating diagram, i simply open it in view mode
