Getting "TypeError: _c is null" when trying to create work items.

Hi, I am getting frequently following error message when trying to create a work item. Sometime it works when I repeat later. Has anybody a clue, what is going wrong here ?

I found this Technote   Says Clear browser cache.

You might also open the Project Area in RTC Eclipse and examine Planning configuration for issues, especially the Plan Views which sometimes have unusable entries.   They will be marked with a distinct icon.
