Destory Locks

I cannot find this in the docs, so... How do I destroy a lock held by someone else if I the permissions to do it. Is it a simple case of Unlock it under the Team popup menu?

I can't seem to get it to work, but this maybe something to do with a "possible" defect I found with locking permissions

There's a defect that I have that forcing break the lock doesn't work from
the Team --> Unlock menu item. (I don't recall the bug number, but I'm aware
of this problem).

If you do a search from the lock and 'Unlock' from the search results with
a user with admin privileges, you will be prompted to force the unlock.

Just guessing, but it looks like the fix didn't make 3.0 iFix1? So I'm guessing it's fixed in 3.0.1.1? There's a WI to backport the fix to 2.0.0.2, see the Link section of 163063.
