Destory Locks
I cannot find this in the docs, so... How do I destroy a lock held by someone else if I the permissions to do it. Is it a simple case of Unlock it under the Team popup menu?
I can't seem to get it to work, but this maybe something to do with a "possible" defect I found with locking permissions

There's a defect that I have that forcing break the lock doesn't work from
the Team --> Unlock menu item. (I don't recall the bug number, but I'm aware
of this problem).
If you do a search from the lock and 'Unlock' from the search results with
a user with admin privileges, you will be prompted to force the unlock.
