Rational DOORS Next Gen on the Cloud vs Rational DOORS Next Gen on my PC?
In February, I obtained access to "Rational DOORS Next Gen" (RDNG) on the Cloud", and have
been using it. Later, I was informed that IBM offered a 60-Day Free trail Version of RDNG loadable
onto my PC.
Yesterday evening, I completed installing the Free Trail version, and even created a specific project
to ensure me that I was on the free version.
This morning, I logged onto my Jazz net account and was redirected to my old Cloud version.
I called the IBM help line, they indicated that they do not provide assistance to users of the Free Trail Version.
Is there a trick to logging onto my PC's Free trail version?
Suggestions? Advice?

DNG on the cloud and a DNG installed on your PC with trail licenses are two completely separate instances.
The one on your PC is in no way linked to jazz.net.
When you installed DNG on your PC, and went through the browser based setup wizard, you assigned a fully qualified hostname to the server and also created an administrative user ID.
So in a browser go to https://<your fully qualified hostname>:9443/rm/web and you should get a login prompt, there use that administrative user ID.

Bas,
I had not known about the syntax that you suggested. ~Thanks~
But it seems that the Jazz Team Server may be down.
Using your suggestion and this screen shot(at the end) taken after I installed my
free trail version last night, I've entered both:

My Google screen replied with the blue lettered page:
"This page can’t be displayed"
I don't believe I stopped the server. After the install, I recall creating
a project to help me distinguish between my Cloud Account & PC Account.
As tired as I was, I recall logging off before powering down my PC. I did put
in +10Hrs last night.
I sense that I may need to do a re-install. I may have inadvertently done what
you suggested thus corrupting the install.
The funny thing...I have 10 Yrs experience using "DOORS Classic", unfortunately
doing install of this new DOORS is a new experience.
See if you can re-start the local trial server before doing a re->install
Windows Start>>IBM Collaborative Lifecycle management>Start the Jazz team Server (right-click>run as Administrator)
If that does not work try and stop the server and then start it
