Error uploading license activation key

I have a Jazz key for DOORS Next Generation 6.0.
When I upload the license key, I get the following error: 

Uploading DNG license key zip file fails with error:                                                                    
Error uploading License Activation key.
A .zip file was uploaded and checked for license keys, but no license  keys were found. ID CRJAZ1399E

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Check if the Jazz Key zip file downloaded is called "ActivationKts_2_.zip".
If it is, extract that zip file to get a license file with file name like RDNG_v6.0_ANALYST-Floating-Perpetual.zip.
And then upload that license file.
