How to modify(change) default widget menu name?

I want to change RM default widget

For example, I added "my projects" widgets.

It shows "all project names" and "Show or Write Artifact" menu.

I want to change menu name "Show or Write Artifact" to "Write Artifact".

I attached a image, it contain two red box.

I want to change the text in the red box.

How to change this text?

 To change the title click on the arrow down in the widget top:

Change Title

do you know how to change "Create or show artifacts" to " move artifacts"?
I want to change that text too. 
is it possible?
