Export/import BF project from BF V 7.1.3 to BF V8.0

 HI,

I am in a process of upgrade of BF from V 7.1.3 to V 8.x version. I am thinking on below steps work for me or not. Plz suggest me on it.

Here is the reason to follow export/import project from BF V 7.x to V 8.x. I have one Oracle databases ( say RATDB ) and inside it using BF and JAZZ CLM tablespace. I don't want to mess up anything with JAZZ CLM tablespace. I know Oracle dba can safely take the backup and restore if we need. There is another reason to going for below options is that Need to move from Oracle to MS SQL as backend. 

1) Setup New BF V 8.x with MS SQL 2012 as backend
2) export the project from old BF V 7.1.3 
3) Import into new BF V 8.x 

Can this work for me? I have only one project in BF so thinking for this options.
