very simple request: improve the icons for stories/tasks/etc
Hello there,
I know some coworkers that only work with their queries; so they always know what they are dealing with. But I also know some coworkers who complain far too often about the fact, that these little icons that are used by Jazz to represent the workitem type ... do NOT offer any kind of value to them.
They complain that the icons are too small and look to similiar.
For our team, we "solved" the problem by using a letter (T / S / ...) as first entry within the title of any work item. So, its very easy to spot Tasks ... Stories ... and so on.
I would prefer to have an simple mechanism to change the displayed icons for individual persons. For example, most of my team members would prefer icons ... with simple painted characters like ...
T ... S ...

you can change the icons for each work item type using the process spec editor.

Attached ... where?
My understanding is that the icons can changed for the Jazz server ...
so the change would affect ALL users. I am wondering if an
"individual" solution makes sense ...
A better solution for this problem might be to optionally have the type
column in the query results not only show the icon, but also the type
label.
