Duplicate records in Report Builder DNG Report
I created a simple report for a single requirement type but I am getting duplicate artifacts in the report. I simplified it even more and filtered on a single artifact id and I am getting 17 rows, all with the same id. When I added Created, Modified, and one of my custom attributes, I see that they are different for each record. 16 records have a combination of two different Created dates, two different Modified dates, and two different values for the custom attribute. Also, there are two different values for the requirement title, one is the original title set when I imported the requirements and the other is an edited version of the title.
It seems that there may be some database corruption going on here.

Apr 28 '16, 10:00 p.m.Is it possible that you see the history of a module artifact and its associated base artifact? Have you checked the UUID of these two artifacts?
