 Hi,
One of my customer needs to find which activity used for a specific state. I mean they have two actions which have same target state. So that they need to answer which of the actions used. Is there a query or report (Cognos) to acquire action history for WIs.

Not sure about Cognos, the reportable API reveals this information as "workitem/workItem/itemHistory/stateTransitions/action"
