Is there any way to add reply to comment choice to all mentions or related work items in the dashboard or my activities/ my stuff It would be helpful to users to allow for quick and instant response to comments directly from a dashboard Work Activity feed.

There is no such feature available at now. You can consider creating a new enhancement on jazz.net: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational Team Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem&type=enhancement

I'm getting an error, trying to access to the link you gave me it says:
Error: The project Rational does not exist or is not accessible  with your credentials.

how can I request access?
