Is it possible to fetch attribute information from RTC and update it in DOORS module?

Hello All,

Could you please let me know whether it is possible to fetch the attribute information fro RTC and update it in DOORS module,

I am aware that it is possible through OSLC. Could anyone please help me to provide steps how to achieve
