Sandbox problems - cannot complete creation of projects

 Hello, I must have done something terribly wrong. I have deleted the project I had been using in my sandbox and have tried recreating another one to see if Config Management was activated. Unfortunately, until now, the creation of the project stops at 75%, and Creating Lifecycle Project never ends.After 3 hours I have deleted the web page, even though there was a warning not to close it until the end of the project creation, but I felt that 3 hours was way beyond a normal creation. And now if I try to create another project it will behave in the same way. What should I do to return to normal ?

BTW, only sandbox04 has Configuration Management activated.  https://jazz.net/sandbox04/setup/web

If sandbox04, can you go to https://jazz.net/sandbox04/setup/web  and see if all your projects appear (CCM, RM, QM)?  Sometimes the project creation will show incomplete progress (e.g., 75%) even though it really completed.

Also, can you give me the lifecycle project name for the last incomplete (it it's still incomplete)?

The sandbox is https://jazz.net/sandbox03/setup/web?tag=sse. Still there, at 75%, waiting Setting up project area associations...

The project should be named DarkFeys
Thanks. It it can be stopped and / or deleted it would be allright
And when I try the same address, it only asks me if I want to create a new project, therefore I assume the creation did not reach completion

The project creation worked without a hitch on sandbox 4, thank you very much for the help.
