RTC CLI : Is there a way or command to compare streams across project area.

Hi,

I have a requirement to compare 2 streams that belong to 2 different project areas via RTC CLI. Is there a command to accomplish the compare operation between2 streams that belong to 2 different project areas.

If the user has access to both the streams then the 'scm compare' command should work.
