The problem is the installation process is not even starting.
I tried these steps and still couldn't figure out why it is not starting.

Did you try downloading it with https://server:port/rm/addons/rmBrowserAddOn-version.cab
or with https://server:port/rm/addons/rmBrowserAddOn-5.0.1.0_0.cab
(replacing version with the actual version)
of course. I did. Error is 404 not found.
For starters, to physically check for the cab file on a 5.0.2 server, look at <server install dir>/conf/rm/resources/addons/
There you should see both the cab file for IE, and the xpi file for Firefox.
And any chance you are using a 64 bits version of IE? It's not supported...
Hi,
If you ran the "install-rmBrowserAddOn-5.0.1.0_0.cmd" script, it did not do anything good to you. Did you actually see the output of the script? The correct script to use is "deploy-rmBrowserAddOn-5.0.1.0_0.cmd", which can also be found on the server. This is all documented in the article that you followed.

Umh...I thought that's obvious, but probably not. The .cmd file is in the "extra" folder.
yes, there is "deploy-rmBrowserAddOn-5.0.1.0_0.cmd" file in extra folder, but .cab file is still missing.
You already have the .cab file from a different folder.
Hi Donald,
It seems that we're playing games. I quote what you said 14 hours earlier. So where did you find the .cab file? That's the file you need.
Not sure what went wrong on your side - it works just fine in my environment. Both the .cab and .cmd files should have "5.0.1" in their names, even that's for RDNG 5.0.2.
Here is the full output:
CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
What Windows command did you run? If "MUSTAFA" the correct Windows account? Note that your current logged in account is "B4U6SGB". If you just want to install for yourself, you can omit the username at the end of the command.
I test this script with 2 users on different computers.(MUSTAFA & B4U6SGB)
