How do I fix a CRJAZ2080E CLM installation error ?

Hello,

I have windows 7 server with CLM 6.0.1 installed - RTC, RQM and DNG.

I now try to add also JTS and DCC.

I am running installation using installation manager. It succeed.

Now, try to configure using jts/setup page.

at step 5 I get the attached error.

"

An error occurred while attempting to access the Application About service listed in the Discovery document for this application. Please ensure that the application has been installed and provisioned correctly.ID CRJAZ2080E

show details  "

Also when browse to /scr for the application, I get the following" "Context Root Not Found".

I can see that "war" files  are located at webapps dir.

How to progress?

A reminder:  Please title your question as a meaningful question (i.e. "CLM installation" is not a meaningful question).   I made a stab at it for your question ... please edit if I didn't get it right.

which application you get the error for. Seems like context used for application ( like /rm or /ccm or dm ) is used wrong , which means you either changed the context or the application is not started.

Just so you know DCC should be in a separate profile (Liberty or WAS ) on a separate machine.
Do not add applications under same profile as it can cause performance issues for production severs.
For small servers you might be OK to use it (like for testing ) all applications in same profile.

Hi, I tried to add only JRS.

This is a test windows machine with 16GB RAM.

App server is bundled - Liberty.

I did not change any of the root context during installation.

When getting to step #5 I got the following:

application type unknown

https://il-rndvdi-109:9443/rs/scr

I see 4 lines with same error:  /rs , /lqe , /ldx , /dcc

I just added report server using installation manager to installed : RTC, RQM, DNG.

the application seems not deployed in Liberty if you do not get the src page.

Make sure the applications you added are deployed in ..\server\liberty\servers\clm\apps

I can not find them there. But I have executed installation manager and installed RS.

So, how to progress?

Thanks!

By moving rs.war and unzipped folder for rs.war from the \server\liberty\clmServerTemplate\apps location to the ..\server\liberty\servers\clm\apps ( both zipped and unzipped war)
if you have installed DCC and LQE and others then you would have to do that for them as well.

As a precaution you should backup the installation dir before doing changes.

You will have to
Stop the server first ,
Then do the move.
Restart the server
and see if you can access the src pages for all applications you have in the server.

I would caution that Windows 7 is not a supported platform for the CLM server.
These links to the requirements documents show that Windows 7 is only supported with the RTC Clients

 Hello all

Any Body can help me?
I am already installed CLM server 6.0.6 the ccm & the dcc. are working fine but the rm gave me the server is offline or unreachable so i thought by deleting it from registry and then re re register it will work, but. Unfortunately, i can't registered it also, the rm.war file couldn't be found in the "\server\liberty\clmServerTemplate\apps".
is there any way to re-register it ?
and where to can i found the public key ?
thanks in advance
