How to get the reasons of build results via RTC API

Dear RTC team,

Currently I have concern on the way to get the reason of build results via RTC API.
I can see in the RTC web application the reason be located in the Change Set section of a build result, but I can't find any methods in RTC API to get it.

Could you please help?
