When the number of queries increase the My Queries , Shared Queries section become so complicated.

Is there anyway to group these queries or writing a heading?

For Example:

Risks

---Package B Risks

Work Items
---A's Activities

I am not aware of any query grouping capability. I looked back thru the new features since 4.7
