Team Dashboard using Scrum 1.0 vs Scrum 2.0

Susan Arnovick (1311613) | asked Aug 06 '09, 4:31 p.m.
A project was moved from RTC v1.0 Scrum to RTC v2.0 Scrum. Upon review in the new environment, some of the team area Dashboards are now showing up different. Some appear as the default, meaning they haven't been setup yet. Other team dashboards are missing a viewlet, and other viewlets are showing incorrect data. Is this expected? Any advise would be appreciated

Hi James
Thanks for your response.
The missing viewlet is the Story Points by Iteration. I did see however in another post that:

"During 2.0, we renamed Story points by Iteration to Team Velocity. Story Points by Iterations now shows all stoiry points as opposed to just the closed ones. We decided not to migrate the Story points by Iteration viewlets to avoid confusing users. So please try to recreate your viewlet using the Team Velocity report. This is the only place where we did such thing and we really did it to be more Scrum friendly. Promise we won't do this in the future :-)"

So that is understandable, and can be recreated is needed still needed.

The viewlet that is showing incorrect data is the Event Log. The team dashboards that appear to be set to default (Welcome to Rational Team Concert) have the correct information. The dashboards that appear to have stayed setup are showing no events.

Thanks!

Yes, Rafik's comments about Story Points by Iteration may apply to you.

Perhaps someone from the Dashboard team could follow up about the Event
Log viewlet.

Can you file a bug against Web UI/Dashboards in the Jazz Foundation project area to track the post migration issue with the Event Log viewlet? I think we will need to try to reproduce this to investigate and get to the bottom of it.

Thanks,
