Repotools -export from DB2 - Not all states exported RTC 2.0

With some excellent help from forum users, I successfully migrated from RTC 1.x to 2.0. After re-creating my historical data in the warehouse I thought I would do a type of backup via repotools -export.

When I did, it completed with errors. Specifically it seemed to not export some auditable states:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
2009-03-16 00:17:49,719 AuditableLink item type
2009-03-16 00:17:49,719 394 unique items in repository, 394 unique items exported.
2009-03-16 00:17:49,734 394 item states in repository database, 381 item states exported.

CRJAZ1361E **ERROR** All the items present in the repository were not exported.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Would anyone happen to know why that would be or if I should even be concerned?
