When running a test case, it can take a minute or two before the TCER window displays

We are using CLM 5.0.2 iFix7 with RQM, RTC, and RDNG.  We have the tools installed in Linux SLES-11 servers in WAS 8.5 and are using SQL Server 2014 databases.  We are using both the Firefox 34 and IE-11 browsers.

Here is the scenario:
1. Select a test case and indicate to Run the test case.
2. The Run Test Case window displays.
3. Select New Test Case Execution Record.  Select a Test Plan, Iteration, Test Environment, and manual Test Script.
4. Click Finish

Testers report that there is a 30-second to 2-minute delay until the Test Case Execution Record window displays.  This is occurring with both browsers.

Does anyone have ideas why this might be happening?  We did not see this delay before we upgraded from CLM 4.0.3.

Does this happen only for the 1st test case run or it always happens? Are you running manual test or automated test

Subhajit, this is happening with every test case that is run.  We are running manual test scripts.
