"Error-500"-License Key is not valid : Issue in installing RPE

I have install RPE, configure it with websphere server and also able to see "IBM RPE" login page. But When i try to login with Id and password it is showing something "500-license key" issue. Is this something bound to happen or i can resolve it by own without contacting IBM ?
These are the steps i have followed in RPE configuration with websphere.

Are you able to open RPE Studio from server machine? I suggest using RPE 2.0.1, where the license setup is much simpler compared to 2.0. You may refer the following:

Hi Prasad,
Is RPE stdio is something i have to install other than Deploying the web app on WebSphere Application Server ? I have followed the steps mentioned in link in question. I have restarted the server and get the login page (see image) after hitting url "https://server:9451/rpeng/login.jsp?error=true" in browser. After i entered id and password it was showing error.

now, i am not only able to get the same login page but also gettingĀ  not able to start websphere server and log file says "Product has expired", though its less than 30 days i have installed server whereas trial license was for 60 days. i don't know what is happening because of THIS RPE.
