Not that I know of - but very interested to see if anyone else has any suggestions.

Jeffery/Anthony,

my suggestion is to perform 2 steps:
1) Migrate TFS repository to SVN
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tfs2svn/

2) Migrate SVN -> RTC
