How do I report on the Test Case Creation Date/Time?

My management would like in the reports on test cases, test scripts, and test suites, when the initial date/time of the creation of the test artifact is. Is there a report with this information or can I display this information in some way?

Report Builder (formerly called JRS), will let you generate reports that display the creation date of RQM artifacts.
