RQM standard server install license

I have installed Rational Quality Manager 2.0 (I20090713_1659)

I have added the license rqm_jazz_team_server_standard_release.zip
and I get this
Product = Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM)
Edition = Enterprise
Type = Server Key
Status = Permanent

Now you would think this is OK but now I am getting these two errors for Contributor and Developer licenses

1. Deactivated (The "Contributor" client access license type is not compatible with the "Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) Enterprise" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)

2. Deactivated (The "Developer" client access license type is not compatible with the "Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) Enterprise" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)

Any Idea what is wrong or how I can fix this issue?

It does sound like you might have the wrong key. I am in the process of installing RQM at the moment, I will see what key I have got and post the info here.

All you did was activate the server. You still need to apply the

quality manager CAL, lab manager CAL, and/or viewer CALs.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
I downloaded
RQM V2 express edition + activation kit
Lab manager V2 activation kit

I installed the server key of RQM v2.the name of that key is rqm_jazz_team_server_express_release.jar.
i tried to install the lab manger key lm_standard_unlocked.jar.

The problem is that the license key for the lab manager version 2 is not compatible with that server key. .

I downloaded both from the IBM software site,i cant find any other valid CAL key there.

Please tell me what a compatible valid lab manager key is for that server ley.

Thanks.

I only see the following licens files in the help.

rqm_jazz_team_server_standard_release.jar
rqm_jazz_team_server_express_release.jar
lm_standard_unlocked.jar

Is there no lm_express_inlocked.jar?

I need to be able to use the lab manager to run STAX jobs from RQM.

Thanks.

On the assumption that this is an IBM installation, the license keys are also available on XLeverage site ... search for rqm 2.0 license keys

If I recall correctly, Lab manager is not supported in express.

Hi,

indeed i had to install RQM standard V2.
Now stax works.

I have another question,it seems not to be possible to assign
a stax automation task to a test script or test case?
I would like to add the stax job to a test case,
what must i do?

I still have this issue with
1. Rational Team Concert ( Contributor )
Deactivated (The "Contributor" client access license type is not compatible with the "Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) Enterprise" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)

2. Rational Team Concert ( Developer ) Deactivated (The "Developer" client access license type is not compatible with the "Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) Enterprise" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)

From a while back. The server still has this entry and would like to resolve (Remove this from the License Key Management page. I have removed all users from this license and even exported/imported the project to a new data base and this issue followed us. Is there a way to remove this?

Chris - Is this now with RQM 2.0.1 and RTC 2.0.0.2?
Can someone form RQM see if this can be addressed or explain what could be wrong? Does 2.0.1 require different activation kits and client licenses then 2.0?

The server now is
Jazz Foundation - Jazz Team Server 1.0.0.2 iFix 1 (I20100302-1947)
Rational Quality Manager 2.0.1 iFix 1 (I20100426_1041)

This was from a license that was for RQM licenses but when installed it had RTC (Developer nand Contributor) licenses.

This is the error we have in the Client Access License Types

Deactivated (The "Contributor" client access license type is not compatible with the "Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) Enterprise" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)

Deactivated (The "Developer" client access license type is not compatible with the "Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) Enterprise" server license edition. Install a compatible client access license or change the server license key.)
