Using RTC for Ruby on Rails

One project is using RoR and is interested in RTC as well. Can some one provide some comment on whether it is a good move for them to take advantage of RTC? Thanks.

I think RTC benefits are independent of the programming technology. The
point to take care is about RTC Client and your IDE integration. For
example, if you are using an Eclipse Plug-in to develop with RoR you
should have no problems.
