Why the different behavior of "Added By" and "Creator" in the RTC change set History view?

Hi all, 

But why in cases where i duplicate (or create from ) a stream , or a workspace , instead of seeing the same "added by" value as shown in the source (the one that has been duplicated ) i see that i am the one who added all change set?

What extra value i am getting from this behavior in those cases?
IN addition in case i am loosing the original stream/workspace i am loosing the original data info of the "added by"

There is no point in adding a new answer to a question was asked and answered two years ago and it is accepted as answered. Please create new questions instead of creating answers as subsequent questions.
