Read Access Control in Doors NG

I have read and followed the Help pages (https://jazz.multichoice.co.za/clmhelp/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.rational.clm.doc/helpindex_clm.html&scope=null). These say that if access control groups are enabled, you can restrict read access. However, this does not seem to be true.

Question: How to configure read access (i.e. no visibility of artifacts) in Doors NG v6.0

Hello Steve.  The link provided brings me a generic location so I could not read what you read.
In Rational DOORS Next Generation, any user that has access to project has read access.  Currently there is no way to restrict read access within one project.

Hello Steve

What requirements do you have for read access control?  I'm currently doing investigation into this, so your input would be welcomed. You can comment on https://jazz.net/jazz03/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/76291.

^Is there any update on this work item
It was listed as a high priority showstopper in 2013
It seems unlikely that DNG would get traction in the defence environment without this capability.
