Has anyone experienced this or figured out a solution?



I'm fairly confused by this and I'm inclined to call this a bug.

I've retested and apparently this issue has gone away. 


From what I can tell, nothing significant has changed. I did make the following changes which MAY have contributed to this resolution:

1) Created new global configuration. 
2) Ensured both project areas shared containers.
3) Ensured project areas were part of the same Lifecycle Project.
4) Made the import during a global configuration. 

This has also resolved the cross-project artifact copy / linking issues.
