LPA not working after upgrade from 5.0.1 to 6.0.1 RC1

After upgrade, RM, CCM, QM, RS all working fine but i cant see any Lifecycle Project in LPA. When i try to create new i dont see any template and deploying predefine template gives me the error
"Error deploying predefined templates". i am not sure whether i missed anything. the similar error reported for 5.0.2 upgrade as well https://jazz.net/forum/questions/169908/lpa-issues-after-upgrade-to-502-from-501-on-test-server, but does not shed light on solution.
