Report templates for individual work items
What is the best method of printing a work item within RTC. Creating a BIRT report is one option, however I would think that there would be an easier method. In ClearQuest, you would create a Crystal Report and then be able to print individual records. Is there something like that in RTC.

From a reports point of view, you could create a birt report, use the LIVE_WORKITEM_CNT table, and use the resulting data that comes back. The big caveat, however, is that you can't access the work item comments this way, nor the detailed information about approvals.
