Hi Guys

1. please help, when generating a document styled report under Requirements MNGT. you get a corrupt file especially when the "Optimise Report Generation for " option is set to "Sophisticated Comprehensive..."  and not "Performance". how do I resolve the issue?

2. Is Jazz.net compatible with Chrome?

They use 2 different drivers and hence you do not see issue with "Optimise Report Generation...". You may refer http://rpeactual.com/2015/11/19/use-sophisticated-formatting-for-pdf-in-dng/

You may see the same issue with Word output as well, since "Sophisticated..." PDF and Word outputs are similar.

How to resolve the issue?
What is the version of RRC / DNG you are using? There are couple of issues fixed in DNG 5.0.2 / 6.0. Are you seeing corrupted image?

I can see (in support pages) that Chrome is supported by DOORS Next generation.

I am on DNG version 6.0

So what is corrupt in the output? Is that an image or text format corrupted?
