RQM&RTC (2.0) Integration Usage Models
Hi,
I am trying to explore all integration scenarios for RQM/RTC (both 2.0). As I haven't found any source which summarizes these scenarios let me do the brief summary and add some questions to these:
1) RQM Test Cases <> RTC WI
- main goal is to relate test cases with test subjects from RTC (stories, epics etc.), right?
2) RTC as a build provider for RQM
I found a documentation around setting this up but no usage guidance. Is there any?
3) RQM as a Defect provider for RTC
I have found and succesfully followed integration instructions (integrating servers, integrating projects). Unfortunately I haven't found any documentation around usage. I expected defects to be automatically propagated from RQM repository to RTC repository. That didn't happen (at least within 2 hours from defect submission into RQM). How to make that happen?
4) Is there any other RTC/RQM integration usage model which I haven't discovered yet?

There si sone nice help documentation around the questions you have. You can download the install RQM 2.0 and navigate to the help pages.
1. Goto - https://rqm_server:9443/help/index.jsp
2. Navigate to Integration>Rational Quality Manager and Rational Team Concert> for installation related info.
3. Navigate to Testing>Working with product builds - For various use cases related to builds
4. Navigate to Testing>Submitting and Tracking defects
