Is there a product called "Rational Requirements Viewer"?

 Im not sure if this exists - but someone mentioned in our workplace that there is a product that allows you to view requirements etc and not edit them that is free?

Maybe this is just a type of license?

Any ideas?

A license is required, and it requires a purchase. You can get requirements view/comment/review&appoval capability in any of the "Contributor" licenses (DOORS NG Contributor, RTC Contributor, RQM Contributor).  Additionally, any of the primary licenses include the "Contributor" capabilities for the other CLM tools.

Most teams enable their extended stakeholder community to read, comment, etc. using floating contributor licenses (or, if they have a significant enterprise deployment, token licenses).
