DNG:6.0 : Resctricting user for creating folder with name already exists

Is there any pre-conditions in DNG to restrict user for creating folder with name already existing in DNG ?

Yes, there is restriction on which level the user wants to create the folder.

On the same level(E.g. : Root folder), the user cannot create the folder containing the same name which already exists.

how can i set this restriction , since i am able to create as many folder with same name inside root folder as i want. But i want to restrict it.

 The user will receive a warning if they try to create a folder of the same name, but it isn't prevented.
