Can the details of tracked work items in a Cross-Project Tracking project be shown in widgets?

 I have set up a Cross-Project tracking relationship in 5.0.2 between a "tracking project" and other projects, all on the same server.  I have set up the Cross-Project Plan and have created work items in the "tracking project" that are linked to the work items in the "tracked projects" using the TRACKS link.  I can see the linked work items, from the "tracked projects" but what I would like to do is "roll up" those tracked work items to see their status in widgets on the "tracking project" dashboard.  Failing that, I read that you can show the remote widgets from the "tracked projects" on the "tracking project" dashboard.  Any assistance with either of these approaches would be appreciated.
