RQM Excelimporter - Originator

How can I populate the field "Originator" on the testcase/test script, I assume that field should hold the name of the person who wrote the testcase and not the one importing it and if it is the userid (e.g. "jsmith2") and not username (John Smith)how do I then find the userid?

Hi Klaus,

We don't support setting Originator using ExcelImporter , we can set owner but not Originator

Okay, I assume that the owner is set using the following in the config file:

testcase.alm:owner

but what syntax should the owner be specified with -> userid (e.g. "jsmith2") or username (John Smith) and if userid how do I then find the it?

Hi Klaus,

You can goto "Manage Users" and there you should see the User Id column
