Issues migrating a repository

Sunil Kumar Perla (71143) | asked Jul 23 '09, 5:00 a.m.
Trying to upgrade from RTC 1.0.1 Std Ed to RTC 2.0 Std Ed. Followed the upgrade procedure and realized that the db migration is missing from the migration document. Followed the procedure from InfoCenter on migrating db using repotools export and import.

Though there were no errors encountered in the process, I am not able to connect to the upgraded db from upgraded 2.0 Std install. Browsing to /jazz/admin gives this:

Repository services are not available on the server. Provision the server to install the repository components or check the provision status for possible provisioning failures.

I am not able to browse to /jazz/setup - throws the following error:
Error 404: ProxyServlet: /jazz/setup

Appreciate your help.

Thanks
Sunil

JAZZ DEVELOPER
I also met "Error 404: ProxyServlet: /jazz/setup"
The solution for me is the incorrect format of configuration files.
We are using zWAS to host our RTC. We have to upload the configuration files through binary mode. And I found I could not open the configuration files in oedit (omvs) or vi (telnet).
