How do I know when a test case was deleted in RQM

I am using RQM 3.0.1.5.  A test case was deleted and I am trying to find out when and by whom.

I can see the history of the test case, I see that it was deleted and all changes made to it however, I do not see when and by whom it was deleted by.

In RQM 5.0.2 the information can be found in the Trash view:



and also in the History


I assume that this "feature" was added in a RQM version > 3.0.1 if you do not see it.
