we are currently using JazzTeamServer / CLM 4.0.1 and need to upgrade. I see that we have to go to version 5.0.2 first then to 6.0. I am looking for the 5.0.2 upgrade files that are not the trial version. Can you help please? Thank you!!

Are you referring to the the 5.0.2 upgrade scrips? These are part of the installation. I'm not sure what you meant by "files that are not in the trial version". Can you please clarify?

The packages that you download from jazz.net are the right ones to get. The "product release trial" mentioned in the download page should refer to the "terms of use", not the actual functionality of the packages.
