Error when upgrading CLM 5.0.1 to 6.0

I am trying to upgrade CLM 5.0.1 to 6.0
Database: DB2
OS: Windows 2012
All the CLM apps and the database are installed on the same machine.

When I run
c:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_6.0\server\upgrade\jts\jts_upgrade.bat -oldJTSHome C:\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server\conf
I get this error:
Except while using -help parameter, jts_upgrade.bat script must be run from "C:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_6.0\server

So I moved the jts_upgrade.bat file to the server folder
c:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_6.0\server\jts_upgrade.bat -oldJTSHome C:\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server\conf
and get this error
c:\IBM\JazzTeamServer_6.0\server\app_upgrade.bat is not recognized as a internal or external command operable program or batch file

I see that app_upgrade.bat is being called the jts_upgrade.bat file.
I appreciate any guidance here.

 Hi Subba,
You shouldn't move the script. Leave the script where it is in the upgrade directory and run it from the server directory. See the interactive upgrade guide for instructions.
