Hello,
Working on a client's 3.x -> 4.x upgrade. I took a VM of their production.
The client evaluated the tool for a month before purchasing licenses.
I used the upgrade scripts, and according to documentation, need to install the new licenses before I finish.
It states I can use the trial licenses to finish the upgrade, but they indicate expired in March. I figure since
I am not on their network, I can install the 4.x licenses, but it keeps wanting to contact jazz.net and install
10-free.
How do I finish this test migration without having licenses issues, or contacting jazz.net?

Sterling,
I thought you could upload the 4.0 licenses before the upgrade. I haven't seen the issue with the 10 free. Can you remove the 10 free licenses, upgrade and add the 10 free back later? |

Sterling, what Clm apps are you upgrading? The only one that needs a 40 license to complete the upgrade is RRC. The rest can complete upgrade with a 301x license but will need a 40 license to enable 40 features.
