Linking RQM defects to Story

Is it possible to link a defect to a specific Story when opening through Quality Manager?

I modified the web.inline presentation and added the Work Item Related field which allows me to add a link to a Story, but I don't get the Parent/child relationship I'm looking for. I'd like to be able to view my Plan through the Work Breakdown view and see the related defects under each Story.

I also tried adding the Links non-attribute based Presentation, but the Links option doesn't appear in the form when I open the defect through RQM.

Is this possible?
