RTC 6.0 : Access level to different teams at Components and Folder level.
1. Suppose i have teams T1,T2,T3,.. Teams in RTC 6.0 and Components C1,C2,C3. I want T1 Team members have read/write permission for C1 Component and only read permission for C2,C3.Same in case if T2 team members have read/write access to C2 components and read access to all the other Components.
2. I want restrict it on one more level. Some of the T1 team members have Write/Read access to some of the folder in C1 Component and read access to rest of the folder. same in case of other teams.
I have tried it by "Restrict Change Set Delivery to Components in a Stream" but in this case either can deliver in everything or can't deliver at all. I also gone through alot of the other articles but didn't find solution. is there any possible solution to this ? Thanking in Advance .

For the item 1, you can implement using "Restrict Change Set Delivery to Components in a Stream" pre-condition. You can refer to document https://jazz.net/library/article/215#componentadvisor for the details.
For the item 2, currently it's not possible to implement write access control by folder level in RTC. There's an existing enhancement request https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=63844 for the function.
