Am looking for a RTC plugin similar to Eclipse for Visual Studio Code. Or any other way to use RTC ALM tool with Visaul Studio Code IDE.

Sorry, I read it incorrectly. We do not have integration with Visual Studio Code IDE.

As far as I can see, still there is no integration with Visual Studio Code? Are there attempts planned to provide one in the future?

To be clear: We talk about VS Code, one of the most popular Open Source IDEs nowadays;)

There is an uncommitted RFE:

I have not read a lot here and I have not heard about a lot of requests.

My assumption is that the answer to your question is that, however popular VSCode is, the CLM users are not heavily using Visual Studio Code.

Yes, we do have integration with Visual Studio, Windows Shell and MSSCCI. You can find the latest here:
Client for Microsoft Visual Studio IDE All (286.15 MB)
Rational Team Concert Windows shell integration All (222.37 MB)
RTC Integration with Microsoft Source Code Control Interface All (215.39 MB)

I don't see a plugin to use RTC as SCM tool for Visual Studio Code IDE.
I know there is an RTC plug-in for Microsoft Visual Studio IDE, but this is not am looking for.
