RTC SCM - how to import course from local machine

My application source code was stored on a CVS server (windows CVS). The sever was decommissioned last month and we received a copy of the source code on CD. I have a local installation of WinCVS on my machine as well.
I need to get the source for my application under RTC SCM. Is there a way to import the source from my local machine to the RTC SCM?

I think the easiest way could be to import all projects into Eclipse and
start sharing them. Another option perhaps is a script using SCM CLI
Interface.

Hope this helps,

Chemi.
