RTC usage by the management

I am posting this question on behalf of a customer. We've been using RTC for 3+ years and have just recently upgraded to v6. We have a number of projects, using scrum. Each project has 1-2 teams allocated with 1-2 timeline(s). We use sprint plans, release plans and product backlog plans for planning. We use Eclipse & Web. The below questions apply to v6. How can we get an overview of our entire resource pool ? We need high level data of how the various individuals & the teams are allocated and how much of a load they are introduced to so that we can manage resources optimally. How can we get an overview of our projects' progress/status ? Each project has their own dashboard. Is it possbile to get a dashboard on all projects in RTC to see KPIs ? How can a single resource see all his/her work across projects (under 'My work' the resource can only see work per project) ? Thank you in advance. |

Currently there is no data stored regarding team allocation in data warehouse. Therefore there is no easy way to do that.
