Can one workspace repository belongs to multiple streams, switch among multiple streams when User want.

Jihan,
in the view "Pending Changes" users can select from the context menu "Change Flow Target..." and select another stream. This can be done on Workspace or component level.

You can flow changes from (accept) or to (deliver) any other stream or repository workspace, assuming you have permissions to. As Elisabeth mentioned, in the Pending Changes view you can select your repository workspace and run the "Change Flow Target..." to compare your repository workspace against another and flow changes between them.
