Team concert is moving the timesheet register to the next day

 Hi everyone,

Since we upgrade from 4.0.6 to 5.0.2 we are having trouble on timesheet registering, when the users report after the 8 pm the registry moves to the next day,

Any idea about the problem, when we had the 4.0.6 version we had the same problem but IBM send us a patch to resolve it.

We are running CLM 5.0.2
We are working from Mexico City GTM -5

Do you have any information about the patch IBM sent you back in 4.0.6? (i.e. the defect or APAR numbers)

The only defect I'm aware of is 255411, but this got fixed in 4.0.3.

Hi, Rafael

The defect #310255 suggests it was fixed in 5.0.1 and you are now in 5.0.2. If it is still there in your v5.0.2, potentially it is some use case(such as upgrade) not covered properly and it could be another defect. I would suggest to get IBM support to look into the issue again so that it can be fixed properly.
