Hi,

I wish to cache some RTC static information but there is some content which can not be cached because response headers have a default "Expires=-1" value.

For example, using firebug, the AllThemeCSS has a -1 value and it cannot be cached in the web server.

We will need this value to be changed to allow caching as it is done in JazzHub where Expires value is not -1

and caching is allowed.

Caching is needed to allow to disable custom theme issue.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Can you please clarify what "custom theme issue" requires "caching" to disable? Also, what "web server" do you have in mind to do the caching?
